摘要
我国高科技企业创业成长骄人业绩背后的企业成长困境是必须正视的，它表现为现代科技成果，风险资本和人力资本三大高科技企业基本要素的残缺，本质为企业外部宏观环境滞后性，它正严重抑制着这个产业的高成长性。本文运用技术创新经济学理论，企业成长论剖析此成长困境。
The rapid growth and proud records of Chinese hi- tech enterprises mask the predicament or their develop ment. Thelack of one of more of the three essential elements oftypical hi- tech enterprises - sophisicated product ,risk capitals and humancapitals ,reflects the stagnancy and encu mberance of the macro - surroundings,which constrain the burgeoning of this industry . Based on the theories oftechnogicalinnovation econo mics and enterprise growth theory ,this article dissects this growth predica ment and propounds systematic suggestions .
