本文通过对农业科技创新特征的分析，指出了影响农业科技创新的障碍因素。在此基础上。
This paper points out obstructive factors to affect innovation of agricultural science and technology based on characteristics of gricultural science and technology. Innovation pattern of agricultural science and technology is built.
