摘要
简述了高校图书馆制作ｈｏｍｅｐａｇｅ的意义、制作ｈｏｍｅｐａｇｅ的ＨＴＭＬ语言、制作步骤，主要论述了制作时应注意的问题。
In this paper the author discusses the importance of making the homepage for colleges' and universities' libraries. A brief introduction about HTML is given,and the procedure of making it is discussed. Finally, Some ideas are discussed about what should be pay attention to during the procedure.
