摘要
研究高中毕业生心理状况，提供流行病学资料。方法：采用整群抽样方法，对天津市２１０００多名应届高中毕业生使用“ＳＣＬ－９０”国际量表和“ＹＣ－５０”自制问卷进行流行病学调查、数据分析和系统研究。结果：建立了我国第一个高中毕业生心理卫生数据库；求得该人群心理卫生平均规范、正态分布标准。结论：得出该人群心理卫生阳性症状率分布情况及相关因素；以及各年龄段“ＳＣＬ－９０”评定常模；提出“高考应激症状群”及具体防治措施。
Objective: To research of the mind and mental health's state issue of highschool graduates to provide reference files of epidemiology Methods: Using the method of random sampling among a total groupby the international rating scales SCL90 & rating scales YC50which is made by ourselves to make an investigation of epidemiologic data analysis and system research among more than 21,000 highschool graduates set for the examination in Tianjin Results: Establishing the lst data base of highschool graduates mental health in Tinajin, China The search group got the mental health average standard, normal distribution standard, the rate of positive reaction distribution of mental health and relative factors of this mu1tidude Conclusion: We got the rating from of different age group by SCL90, also took up the concrete intention of stress syndrom of highschool graduates,and also gave some particular prevention and cure methods
