摘要
设计研制出与第二代光敏剂相配用的半导体激光光动力治疗机的电源和控制系统。方法:采用586微机,用VB4.0编程,用A/D、D/A转换控制恒流源及制冷电路来驱动半导体激光器。结果:系统接入半导体激光器,控制系统工作正常;恒流源及制冷电路受干扰影响较小,工作稳定。结论:可作为半导体激光治疗机的驱动电源和控制系统。
Objective : To develop a semiconductor laser power supply and the power controlling system for PDT apparatus used with the secondgeneration photosensitizer Methods :The software system in 586 microcomputer supplies a controlling panel to control the whole system ,which is designed by Visual Basic 40 language Results : A PDT instrument with the above system works steadily Conclusion: That means the system can be used as semiconductor laser power supply and power controlling system
