摘要
探讨国产GY-93型二氧化碳库仑滴定仪测定血清TCO2的临床实用性。方法:使用该仪器测定一系列血清样本并与离子选择性电极法和手工酸碱滴定法的测定结果进行统计学比较。结果:库仑法在5~60mmol/L范围内有良好的线性,批内重现性高于酸碱滴定法(P<0.01)与电极法相当(P>0.05),批间重复性较差(CV=9.8%),库仑法与电极法相关性较好r=0.92。结论:该仪器批内精密度优于酸碱滴定法,但稳定性不够好,使得仪器的长期使用受限,尚需进一步完善。
Objectives: To explore the clinical availability of the model GY93 CO2 Coulometric Titration Meter in serum CO2 measurement HZMethods: Obtained by measuring a series of serum samples using this meter statistically with the data obtained by an ISEbased instrument and the manual acidbase titration respectively Results: Coulometric Titration showed a good linearity in the range of 5 to 60 mmol/L, a good innerbatch reproducibility that was superior to the manual titration (P<001) and corresponded to the ISEBased method (P>005), an inadequate innerbatch reproducibility (CV=98%) and a good relativity Conclusion: The model GY93 CO2 coulometric titration meter are better than the manual titration for innerbatch reproducibility but not enough stable, therefore its application for longterm is limitedThe meter must be perfected further
