摘要
分析２０例心肺复苏后心律失常的疗效。方法：临床综合治疗并进行评价。结果：２０例心肺复苏后心律失常，１９例被纠正。结论：正确及时地治疗原发病、改善循环、纠正低氧血症、纠正电解质酸碱失衡及清除氧自由基等综合治疗直接影响心律失常的纠正及心肺复苏的最后成功。
Objective: To analysis of antiarrhythmic treatment in 20 cases of post cardiopulmonary resuscitation Methods: Clinical complex therapy and evaluated programs are applied Results: Ninteen of 20 cases are cured Conclusion: Effective antiarrhythmic and finally successive resuscitation ap peared to be followed the cure of primany diseases, improvement of hypoxemin and function of circulation, balance of acidbase and electrolyte, and clearance of oxygen free radical
