摘要
探讨脉冲光刺激辅助消化系统心身疾病治疗的疗效。方法：应用脉冲光刺激仪，通过信息耦合方式，诱导、同化患者的脑电变化，对５２例消化系统心身疾病患者进行辅助治疗。结果：治疗前后自我评定消化道症状量表评分为（１２．０１±３．５６）ｖｓ（４．２３±２．４５）（Ｐ＜０．０１）；自我评定抑郁量表得分为（０．５９±０．０７）ｖｓ（０．４１±０．０８）（Ｐ＜０．０１）；自我评定焦虑量表得分为（５７．６３±６．４２）ｖｓ（３９．５４±５．９８）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：使用该技术可以明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍，同时消化系统的不适症状也得到了有效的缓解。
Objective: To explore the effects of assistant treatment for psychosomatic disorders in digestive system by pulse light stimulus Methods: The pulse light stimulus which could induce and assimilate the changes of brain electrical activity by means of information coupling was performed in the study Fiftytwo patients with psychosomatic disorders in digestive system were treated by the combining management Results: Before and after treatment, the score of selfrating symptoms of digestive system scale*3 was ( 1201356 ) vs ( 423245)(P<001);the score of selfrating depression scale was (059007) vs (041008)(P<001); the score of selfrating anxiety scale was (5763642) vs (3954598)(P<001) Conclusion: The results showed that the emotional disorders, such as anxiety and depression, were remarkably improved and the symptoms of digestive system were also effectively relieved
