摘要
分析１１例闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗特点。方法：对１１例闭合性胰腺损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果；１１例患者１０例痊愈，１例因损伤严重，术后死于多器官功能衰竭。结论：通过讨论对提高闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断治疗水平，降低死亡率有很大帮助。
Objective: To eanalyse the characters of dignosis and treatment in 11 cases with closed pancreatic injury Methods: Eleven cases of closed Pancreafic injury were analyzed retrospectively Results: Ten cases were cured and one case was died The cause of death was multiple organ failure due to severe tranma Conclusion: Clinical analysis can help to raise the level for diagnosing and treating closed Pancreatic injnry
