摘要
目的:探讨维甲酸对体外鼠磨牙牙胚冠部形态发生的影响。方法:采用RPMI1640半固态培养基,根据成分不同,培养基分为三组:含枸橼醛的培养基、含枸橼醛和维甲酸的培养基以及空白对照。将16d胎龄的鼠胎下颌第一磨牙牙胚分别置于RPMI1640无血清半固态培养基表面培养6d,每48h更换培养基1次。结果:在含枸橼醛的培养基和空白培养基,牙胚未形成正常的牙乳头尖,颈环上皮位置表浅;在含枸橼醛和维甲酸的培养基,牙胚形成正常的牙乳头尖,颈环上皮增殖明显。结论:维甲酸缺乏妨碍了牙胚冠部正常形态的发生。
sAim: To evaluate the effects of retinoic acid on mouse molar crown morphogenesis. Methods: We used RPMI1640 serum-free semisolid culture medium in the expriments. According to the difference of components in culture medium, the experiments were divided into three groups:medium containing citral, medium containing citral and retinoic acid and control medium. We used 16-day old mouse embryos. The first mandibular molar germs were cultured for six days. The medium were changed every 48h. Results: In control medium and medium containing citral, the tooth germs didn't form normal cusps and the position of cervical loops of molar germs was similar to that of molar germs at the beginning culture. In the medium containing citral and retinoic acid, the tooth germs formed normal cusps and cervical loops obviously proliferated. Conclusions: The results demonstrated that retinoic acid deficiency impairs normal crown morphogenesis of mouse molar germs.
