北京市健康管理师培训机构现状调查

Current situation investigation of Beijing health management training institutions

目的了解北京市健康管理师培训机构的现状、运作情况、学员结构、课程设置和使用教材、宣传贯彻方式、相关政策制度及其相应影响因素等方面存在的问题,探讨影响健康管理师培训机构发展的主要因素。方法以北京市7家健康管理师培训机构2007～2008年度183名学员及管理者和班主任为对象,采用问卷与访谈相结合的方式进行调查。结果学员学历构成:高中占5%,大专占46%,本科占26%,硕士及以上占13%;年龄构成:30岁以上的比例占到了75%;职业构成中,医疗工作者占82%;学员在年龄、学历、职业等背景条件上均有很大的差异。此外,调查中学员认为"教材很难"和"偏难"的占43.9%。结论教材对于很多学员来讲仍存在理解和应用上的困难,有待进一步修订。应探讨适应机构整体运行、过程服务、行业发展三方面的措施。

Objective To understand the situation about training organizations of health management consultants in Beijing,the development and weakness of this industry,configuration of students,settings of courses and teaching material and related policy.Methods Combining questionnaire survey and interviews,the study was conducted among 183 students,some managers and teachers in 7 health management training institutions in Beijing.Results The conformation of students＇ education was 5% with high school students,46% with associate bachelor,26% with bachelor,and 13% with master and above.The conformation of students＇ age over 30 years was 75%.The conformation of students＇ occupation was 82% health workers.The differences about students＇ age,education,and occupation was significant.In addition.43.9% of students thought that the course was too hard or considerably hard.Conclusion The textbook still seemed difficult in both understanding and application,so the further revision is needed.On this basis,suggestions are brought forward objectively and systemically from organizations＇ operating status,serving system and the current development of health management consultant training industry.
