太原市育龄妇女麻疹抗体水平监测分析

Analysis on the measles antibody level of women at childbearing age in Taiyuan

目的为了解太原市育龄妇女的麻疹抗体水平,控制8月龄以下婴儿麻疹发病的上升趋势,制定太原市麻疹免疫的防治策略提供依据。方法按照随机抽样原则,抽取太原市20～45岁育龄妇女436人,每人取静脉血3m l,测定麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果太原市育龄妇女麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为94.95%,保护率为89.68%,各县区阳性率和保护率不同,20～29岁,30～45岁两个年龄段的保护率不同。结论应针对保护率较低县(区)和年龄段的育龄妇女进行麻疹强化免疫,提高其麻疹抗体水平。

Objective To understand the measles antibody level of women at childbearing age in Taiyuan,to reduce the incidence rate of measles of infants under 8 months old,and to provide evidence for special strategies and measurements for measles prevention and control.Methods 436 women from 20 to 45 years old were selected randomly,took blood 3ml per person,and measured the level of measles IgG antibody.Results In Taiyuan,the measles IgG antibody positive rate of women of childbearing age was 94.95%,and the protection rate was 89.68%.The positive rates and protection rates were different among different districts,and the rates of protection were different between two age groups.Conclusion Supplementary immunization against measles should be conducted in district with low protection rates and be conducted for women with low protection rates,so as to increase their level of measles antibody.
