精神分裂症患者血清S100B蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者血清S100B蛋白检测的临床意义. 方法 对87例(观察组)临床初诊的精神分裂症患者血清S100B蛋白水平进行检测,并与80名健康者(对照组)进行比较. 结果 观察组S100B蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗前后S100B蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后血清S100B继续增高组阴性症状评分明显高于治疗后恢复至正常水平组(P<0.01). 结论 血清S100B水平与精神分裂症患者阴性症状关联,可能是精神分裂症活动性的标志物.
