摘要
目前,尽管国内物流企业人力资源管理在局部职能、方法、手段方面不断改进和完善,但与企业战略的匹配性并不能让人满意,成为制约我国物流企业人力资源管理向更高层次发展的"瓶颈",而运用"拼图"原理可为物流企业解决这一问题,有效实现人力资源管理与聚焦战略的匹配。根据"拼图"原理,我国物流企业要实现人力资源管理与聚焦战略的完美匹配,一要创建适合聚焦战略的企业氛围,二要健全招聘机制,三要开展丰富多彩的培训,四要构建公平合理的绩效评价机制,五要再造薪酬制度。
At present, though we have already made some achievement in functional method and means in human resources management in Chinese logistic enterprises, there are still some problems with matching of human resource management and enterprise strategy. And these problems will become the bottle neck and constrain the development of human resource management in Chinese logistic enterprises. While the "mosaic" method can help us solve these problems and realize the matching of human resource management and focus strategy. According to the "mosaic" principle, to realize the matching of human resource management and focus strategy, Chinese logistic enterprises should adopt such countermeasures, such as creating an environment suitable to the focus strategy, improving the recruitment mechanism, implementing diversified training, establishing the fair and rational performance evaluation system and reengineering the compensation system.
