摘要
随着经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高和寿命的延长,代谢性和退行性疾病的发病率不断上升,这些疾病涉及特定组织或细胞的损伤或破坏,现有的治疗手段不能恢复受损细胞的功能或补足细胞的数量,故不能从根本上治愈疾病。近年来,随着干细胞与再生医学研究的兴起,人们看到了治愈这些疾病的希望。本文将对干细胞的研究进展和临床应用前景进行评述。
