2型糖尿病一级亲属脂联素与胰岛素抵抗的相关性初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病一级亲属血清脂联素与胰岛素抵抗及β细胞功能相关性。方法选择2型糖尿病子女129例,测BMI、OGTT、脂联素及胰岛素,计算HOMA-β及HOMA-IR。结果脂联素与BMI、HOMA-IR显著相关,与HOMA-β无相关性。结论血清脂联素可作为胰岛素抵抗预测指标,低脂联素水平可能与糖尿病一级亲属易发2型糖尿病有关。 Objective To investigate the association of adiponectin with insulin resistance and β cell function in first degree relatives(FDR) of patients with T2DM. Methods The BMI,OGTT, adiponectin and insulin were measured in 129 FDR of patients with T2DM, then HOMA-β and HOMA-IR were calculated. Results The adiponectin showed significant association with BMI and HOMA-IR (P〈 0.05), and no association with HOMA-β. Conclusions The adiponectin may be a predictive index for IR, and the low level of adiponectin may be one of the reasons under which FDR of T2DM patients trend to suffer from T2DM.
