2型糖尿病患者胃转流手术后早期动态血糖监测

Early blood glucose monitoring by CGMS after gastric bypass surgery in type 2 diabetics

目的应用动态血糖监测(CGMS)分析胃转流手术后2型糖尿病患者血糖变化情况。方法 21例胃转流手术后的2型糖尿病患者术后未进食3d应用CGMS监测血糖,分析动态血糖漂移变化情况。结果 21例患者平均血糖7.5mmol/L,其中11例发生低血糖(≤2.8mmol/L),发生率52.4%(11/21)。结论 2型糖尿病患者胃转流手术后患者的血糖波动较大,临界低血糖和低血糖事件发生率较高,临床观察、治疗中可通过及时调整用药予以纠正,必要时上调血糖控制标准,以减少发生低血糖的风险。

Objective To evaluate blood excursions after gastric bypass surgery in type 2 diabetic patients by continuous glucose monitoring system（CGMS） . Methods Blood excursions were monitored in 21 type 2 diabetic patients by CGMS. Results Twenty-one patients showed average blood glucose of 7. 5mmol/L,11 cases of them showed hypoglycemia（≤2. 8mmol/L, incidence of 52%）. Conclusions CGMS has effective function in monitoring the glucose excursion in patients with T2DM after gastric bypass surgery.
