中国提升ICP2011数据质量的途径分析

摘要 中国当局明确表示全面参与ICP2011(比较世界各国经济实力的全球性统计活动),这是中国首次全面参与其中。鉴于ICP结果全球影响力巨大,在世界关注"中国因素"的背景下,中国必须尽全力追求ICP2011数据质量的改善。本文着重分析中国提升ICP2011数据质量的途径,考虑到可操作性,文章根据ICP实施步骤分别讨论中国改善数据质量需要的关键问题。
