癌胚抗原粘附分子1在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究CEACAM1在肺癌组织中的表达与肺癌临床分期及其潜在的促进转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测47肺癌组织(肺鳞癌20例,肺腺癌25例,支气管肺泡癌2例),正常肺组织7例。结果 CEACAM1在肺癌中的表达与正常肺脏组织比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),但在非小细胞肺癌中与淋巴结转移数量、组织学分级及TNM分期无相关统计学意义,而与年龄和性别无关(P>0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌中CEACAM1是一种异常表达因子,其在肺腺癌中表达明显升高,在分期较晚的肺癌中,CEACAM1的表达往往呈现出强阳性的水平。
