肺癌患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞和转化生长因子-β1的检测及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者外周血调节性T细胞和转化生长因子-β1(TGF—β1)的临床意义及相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测60例肺癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+细胞的表达水平,同时采用ELISA法检测其TGF—β1的表达水平。并随机选30例健康体检者作为对照组。结果肺癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+T细胞[18.64%(14.62%)]和TGF—β1[283.13±7.03Pg/ml]表达水平明显高于对照组[4.36%(3.27%)、(84.82±3.98)Pg/ml](P〈0.05),与临床分期有关(P〈0.05),与病理类型无关(P〉0.05)。CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞与TGF-β1有正相关关系。结论监测肺癌患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+细胞和TGF-β1的表达水半,有助于肺癌患者病情的评估和指导治疗。
