丙酮—乙醇—水三组分体系提取杜仲叶中总黄酮 被引量:2

Acetone-Ethanol-water System flavonoids extracted from leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Comparison

摘要 采用35%乙醇—35%丙酮—30%水三组分体系浸提杜仲叶中总黄酮。最佳提取条件为:料液比1:12,提取时间4 h。以亚硝酸钠和硝酸铝为显色剂,芦丁作标样,可见分光光度法测定杜仲叶总黄酮含量。实验结果:黄酮提取率为5.54%,比70%乙醇—水体系高(平均提取率为4.13%),与70%丙酮—水体系相近(平均提取率为5.56%)。 The total flavonoids were extracted from leaves of Eucommia ulmoides with the method of three-component system,viz. 35%acetone,35%ethyl alcohol and 30%H_2O,the optimum liquid ratio was 1:12 and the extractingtime was 4 h.With sodium mitrafe—aluminum mitrafe spectrophotometry,Rutin as the standard,the total flavonoids were determined.The results indicated that, the yield of the flavonoids was 5.54%,higher than the yield of extraction with 70%ethyl alcohol and H_2O system(4.13%),similar to 70%acetone and H_2O system(5.56%).
