摘要
5.3亿年前海洋中钙的大量涌现促成了"寒武纪生命大爆发"。钙促进了骨骼的形成并维持着骨骼的强壮和健康。肠道对钙的吸收有两种机制:可饱和的主动吸收过程和不可饱和的被动吸收过程。介绍了影响钙吸收的因素和钙的补充方法。探讨了非消化性的钙源化合物在结肠内被机体吸收的可能性。
Substantial increase of seawater Ca^(2+) concentrations about 530 million years ago coincides with the"Cambrian explosion". Calcium plays an important role in building stronger,denser bones early in life and keeping bones strong and healthy later in life.The intestinal absorption of calcium occurs by two distinct mechanisms:a saturable active transport process and a nonsaturable passive diffusion process.The influencing factors,supplement method of calcium were introduced.The possibility of non- digestible calcium compounds being absorbed in the colon was discussed in this paper.
