摘要
防磨损是盾构掘进,特别是在含高强度卵石、大粒径漂石地层中长距离掘进施工的重点。本文介绍了依据成都地铁2号线隧道的地层特点,从盾构改造和掘进控制两方面采取的措施,在800m长的含卵石地层掘进中只更换了1次外圈的部分耐磨滚刀,取得了良好的效果。
Anti-wear is the focus of shield tunneling,especially in high intensity pebble,large particle size boulders formation in construction of long distance.The paper introduces Chengdu metro line 2 formation characteristics of the tunnel,take measure of transformation of shield and control tunneling,In the 800m long with pebbles in formation tunneling,only change one partial outer wear resistant hob,achieved good effect.
