摘要
花椒精油是从花椒中提取出的挥发性油,是食品加工企业和香料行业理想的调香原料。实验以二氧化碳超临界流体萃取花椒中的花椒精油,并摸索出一条合理的萃取工艺参数。
Pepper essential oil extracted from the pepper volatile oil,which is the perfumery raw materials in food industry and spices industry.In this experiment,carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction of Chinese prickly ash pepper oil,and worked out a reasonable extraction process parameters.
