麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛50例

Clinical Observation of Shexiangbaoxin Pills in Treating 50 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

[目的]观察麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]将50例冠心病心绞痛患者采用麝香保心丸治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图的变化。[结果]治疗后心绞痛症状缓解,总有效率为90%,心电图改善总有效率为68%。[结论]麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the impact of Shexiangbaoxin pills on angina pectoris. [ Methods ] 50 pa- tients with angina pectoris were treated with Shexiangbaoxin pills. And evaluate before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram changes. [ Results] Alleviate symptoms of angina total effective rate was 90% after treatment, total effective rate of ECG improvement was 68 %. [ Conclusion ] Shexiangbaoxin pills are effective to angina pectoris obviously.
