芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭左室功能及运动耐量的影响

Qiliqiangxin Capsule of Chronic Heart Failure Patients With Left Ventricular Systolic Function and Exercise Tolerance

[目的]观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭(CHF)左室功能及运动耐量的影响。[方法]选择100例病因不同的CHF患者,随机分为两组,对照组58例应用洋地黄、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等常规治疗、芪苈强心组62例在对照组常规治疗的基础上口服芪苈强心胶囊。疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血清B型尿钠肽(BNP)、6min步行距离等。[结果]治疗6个月后,芪苈强心组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。芪苈强心组的LVEDd及BNP比治疗前及对照组显著减少(P<0.01及P<0.05)。芪苈强心组的LVEF、6min步行距离比治疗前及对照组显著增加(P<0.01及P<0.05)。[结论]芪苈强心胶囊可明显改善CHF患者左室功能,提高运动耐量,降低BNP的浓度,且安全性好。

Qiliqiangxin group of LVEF, 6rain walking distance than the control group before treatment and increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Qiliqiangxin capsules can improve left ventricular function in patients with CHF to improve exercise capacity, reduce the concentration of BNP, good security.
