芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭左室功能及运动耐量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭(CHF)左室功能及运动耐量的影响。[方法]选择100例病因不同的CHF患者,随机分为两组,对照组58例应用洋地黄、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等常规治疗、芪苈强心组62例在对照组常规治疗的基础上口服芪苈强心胶囊。疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血清B型尿钠肽(BNP)、6min步行距离等。[结果]治疗6个月后,芪苈强心组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。芪苈强心组的LVEDd及BNP比治疗前及对照组显著减少(P<0.01及P<0.05)。芪苈强心组的LVEF、6min步行距离比治疗前及对照组显著增加(P<0.01及P<0.05)。[结论]芪苈强心胶囊可明显改善CHF患者左室功能,提高运动耐量,降低BNP的浓度,且安全性好。 [ Objective] Observed Qiliqiangxin capsule on chronic systolic heart failure (CHF) in patients with left ventricular function and exercise tolerance. [ Methods] Selected 100 patients with different causes of CHF were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 58 patients were treated with digitalis, diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and other conventional treatment Qiliqiangxin group of 62 patients with conventional treatment in the control group Based on the oral Qiliqiangxin capsule. For 6 months. Clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF), serum B -type natriuretic peptide (BNP), 6rain walking distance. [Results ] 6 months after treatment, Qiliqiangxin group was significantly higher than the total effective rate (P 〈 0. 05 ). Qiliqiangxin LVEDd and BNP group than in the control group before treatment and decreased signifi- candy (P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05). Qiliqiangxin group of LVEF, 6rain walking distance than the control group before treatment and increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Qiliqiangxin capsules can improve left ventricular function in patients with CHF to improve exercise capacity, reduce the concentration of BNP, good security.
