胆胃宁颗粒治疗高位糜烂性胃炎50例

[目的]观察胆胃宁颗粒对高位糜烂性胃炎的治疗效果。[方法]将90例高位糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组40例,治疗组口服胆胃宁颗粒,对照组口服法莫替丁及铝碳酸镁片,8周为1疗程,两组均治疗1疗程。[结果]治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]胆胃宁颗粒对高位糜烂性胃炎具有显著的治疗效果。其作用机理可能与调节胃肠动力、改善胃黏膜供血及清除HP等有关。
