自拟建中消疡汤治疗消化性溃疡30例

The treatment of 30 Cases on Peptic Ulcer With "Jianzhong Xiaoyang Decoction"

[目的]观察建中消疡汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]随机分治疗组,对照组。治疗组采用自拟建中消疡汤,每日1剂,1个月1个疗程;对照组采用阿莫西林胶囊,每次0.5g,每日2次,连服1周,1个月为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组治愈17例,好转11例,无效2例。对照组治愈16例,好转10例,无效4例。[结论]建中消疡汤明显优于阿莫西林胶囊。

[ Objective ] The observation Jianzhong Xiaoyang decoction treatment peptic ulcer of clinical cur- ative effect. [ Method ] Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group uses Jianzhong Xiaoyang decoction, Every day 1 medicinal preparation, 1 month 1 treatment course. Control group uses amoxicillin Capsule,each time 0.5g, daily 2 times, including takes for 1 week, 1 month is 1 treatment course. [ Results ] Treatment group cures 17 cases, improvement I I cases, invalid 2 cases. The control group cures 16 cases, improvement 10 cases, invalid 4 cases. [ Conclusion] Jianzhong Xiaoyang decoction surpasses obviously arnoxicillin capsule.
