养阴益气利湿通瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

[目的]观察养阴益气,利湿通瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病[DN]的临床疗效。[方法]将60例随机分成治疗组与对照组,两组均给与糖尿病饮食、低盐低脂优质低蛋白饮食,严重营养不足者口服a-酮酸,西医药常规使用Gliguidong、Acarbose和Novolin30R控制血糖;使用ACEI、ARB、CCB和a-受体阻滞剂控制血压等,治疗组加用养阴益气,利湿通瘀中医药方剂。4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。[结果]总有效率高于对照组,其各项指标改善亦优于对照组。[结论]养阴益气,利湿通瘀中西医结合治疗明显提高糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。
