大黄虫片合辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病并高脂血症者早期足背动脉病变影响的观察

To Observe The Effect That Dahuangzhechong Tablets and Simvastatin Dispersible Tablets Treat The Early Pathological Change in The Dorsal Artery of Foot of Type 2 Diabetes Companied With Hyperlipidemia

[目的]主要观察大黄虫片联合辛伐他汀治疗对2型糖尿病并高脂血症者早期足背动脉病变的影响,兼观察治疗前后空腹血糖及血脂变化。[方法]将71例病人在接受降糖治疗基础上,分为治疗组37例,加大黄(?)虫片合辛伐他汀治疗;对照组34例,加辛伐他汀治疗。观察两组治疗前后足背动脉血管内径、中一内膜厚度、血流量及空腹血糖、血脂变化。观察12周。[结果]两组治疗前足背动脉血管内径、中-内膜厚度、血流量以及空腹血糖、血脂无统计学差异,治疗后两组足背动脉血管内径、中-内膜厚度、血流量均有改善,但治疗组治疗前后比较(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血脂均有显著改善,但两组治疗后比较无统计学差异。[结论]大黄(?)虫片联合辛伐他汀治疗可改善2型糖尿病并高脂血症者足背动脉病变,可能有助于延缓糖尿病足的进展。

[ Objective] To observe the effect that DaHuangZheChong Tablets and Simvastatin Dispersible Tablets treat the early pathological change in the dorsal artery of foot of type 2 Diabetes companied with Hyperlipidemia, and observe the change of FBG , TC, TG, LDL, HDL. [ Methods ] 71 cases were divided into two groups（37 in the treatment group ,34 in the control group ）. On the base of descending blood sugar ,the treat- ment group was treated with DaHuangZheChong Tablets and Simvastatin Dispersible Tablets, the control group was treated with Simvastatin Dispersible Tablets. Twelve weeks later , to observe the change of inner caliber of dorsal artery of foot , intermediate membrane thickness , blood flow and FBG , TC, TG, LDL. HDL. [ Results ] Before treatment the inner caliber , intermediate membrane thickness , blood flow and FBG , TC, TG, LDL, HDL of two groups have no statistical difference. After treatment the inner caliber , intermediate membrane thickness,blood flow were improved, the treatment group was significandy improved（ P 〈 0.01 ） , the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P 〈0.05） ,two groups, FBG,TC,TG.LDL,HDL were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） , there wash, t statistical difference between the two groups. [ Conclusion ] The treatment of DaHuangZheChong Tablets and Simvastatin Dispersible Tablets can improve the early pathological change in the dorsal artery of foot of type 2 Diabetes companied with Hyperlipidemia. , maybe help to delay the development of Diabetic Foot.
