[目的]观察身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]采用身痛逐瘀汤加味,每日1剂。[结果]治疗前与随访时JOA评分差异具有显著性(P<0.01),平均恢复率为71%。[结论]身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的疗效。

[Method] Use Shentong Zhuyu decoction, Every day 1 medicinal preparation, r Results] Before treatment and follow- up, JOA score difference was significant （P 〈0.01 ） , the average recovery rate was 71%. [ Conclusion] Shentong Zhuyu decoction treatment lumbar disc herniation of good efficacy.
