活血通痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎56例

[目的]观察活血通痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。[方法]治疗106例,随机分为治疗组56例,对照组50例,均进行常规西医治疗,治疗组同时服用活血通痹汤。每日1剂,水煎分2次温服。[结果]治疗组显效16例,好转30例,无效10例,有效率82%;对照组显效9例,好转25例,无效16例,有效率68%。[结论]活血通脾汤治疗类风湿性关节炎明显优于西医治疗。
