中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变82例

TCM-WM Treatment 82 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。[方法]随机分为对照组40例,治疗组42例。对照组前4周肌注弥可保,每周3次,后2周口服弥可保片500mg,每日3次,6周1个疗程。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,以黄芪桂枝五物汤为基础方加减,每日1剂,2周为1个疗程。[结果]对照组显效9例,有效14例,无效17例。治疗组显效28例,有效7例,无效7例。[结论]中西医结合治疗有利于发挥中西医药之所长,优势互补。

[ Objective ] Observation TCM - WM treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy of effect. [ Meth- od] Were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases, the treatment group 42 cases. Control group 4 weeks before intramuscular methylcobalamin, 3 times a week, after 2 weeks of oral methylcobalamin tablets 500rag, 3 times a day, 6 weeks, a course of treatment. Treatment group were treated based on the decoction to HuangQiGuiZhi decoction every day 1 medicinal preparation, two weeks to a course of treatment. [ Results] The control group markedly effective 9 cases, effective 14 cases, invalid 17 cases, the treatment group markedly effective 28 cases, effective 7 cases, invalid 7 cases. [ Conclusion]TCM- WM treatment giving full play to the strengths of chinese and western medicine, have complementary advantages.
