中西医结合治疗急性腰扭伤64例

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。[方法]应用推拿按摩,局部封闭,中药外敷等方法治疗。[结果]55例经手法治疗、外敷加局部封闭1次而痊愈;9例患者经手法治疗、外敷加局部封闭1次后,疼痛明显减轻,外敷2次后痊愈。[结论]中西医相结合治疗急性腰扭伤疗效满意。
