黄连解毒汤加减治疗痤疮(血热内蕴型)临床观察

Clinical Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HJD) in Treating Acne with TCM Blood-heat Syndrome

[目的]探讨黄连解毒汤加减方治疗中医血热内蕴型痤疮的疗效。[方法]将入选的90例患者随机分为治疗组(70例),对照组(20例)。分别给予黄连解毒汤加减方、金花消痤丸治疗。两组治疗3周后评定疗效。[结果]两组的总疗效、主要症状疗效,经统计学处理,无显著性差异。[结论]黄连解毒汤加减方可有效治疗血热内蕴型痤疮,且无毒副作用。

[ Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effects of HJD in treating with TCM Blood -heat syndrome. [ Methods] The 90 patients were randomly assigned to two groups. The 70 patients in the treatment group were treated by HJD and the 20 in the control group were given Jinhua Xiaozhuo pill. All for 3 weeks. [Results] The total effective rate and clinical symptoms in the two groups, difference between them showed no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] HJD can significantly treat acne with TCM Blood- heat syndrome, while no adverse reaction was found in the treatment group.
