摘要
经济适用房是我国住房保障体系的重要组成部分,是适应我国现实国情的政策选择。针对经济适用房政策执行过程中出现的问题,对经济适用房的发展思路进行重新思考,通过制度创新提出经济适用房的未来发展方向,并基于中低收入阶层居民的购买能力建立经济适用房的有效需求价格模型,最后以南京市为例进行定量分析和深入探讨。
Affordable housing is an important part of China's housing security system.This policy is adapted to the actual situation of our country.In view of the problems existing in the process of its implementation,the development thread of affordable housing is re-considered in this paper,and then,the future development direction of affordable housing is proposed by making system innovation.Besides,the effective demand price model of affordable housing is established based on the purchasing power of low-income residents.Finally,Nanjing is taken as an example for quantitative analysis and in-depth discussion.
