Feasibility Analysis on Resident's Investment Proportion in Energy Efficiency Reconstruction of Existing Residential Buildings

为了分析既有居住建筑节能改造中居民出资比例,根据相关背景资料,假设居民出资比例的四种方案,并对四种方案采用静态投资回收期进行可行性分析,通过对计算结果分析得出重要结论:在既有居住建筑节能改造起步阶段,采用保证居民节省采暖费20%、居民出资比例为改造总成本的10%的方案;在既有居住建筑节能改造全面展开阶段,采用保证居民节省采暖费20%、居民出资比例为改造总成本的15%的方案。

In order to analyze resident＇s investment proportion on energy efficiency reconstruction of existing residential buildings（EERERB）,according to relevant background information,four schemes about resident＇s investment proportion are supposed in this paper,and Static Investment Payback Period is adopted to analyze the feasibility of resident＇s investment proportion,based on the analysis result,the author draws an important conclusion：in the starting stage of EERERB,if assuring the resident acquire a save of 20% of heating expenses,the scheme that resident＇s investment proportion accounts for 10% of total cost is good selection;in the developing stage of EERERB,if assuring the resident acquire a save of 20% of heating expenses,the scheme that resident＇s investment proportion accounts for 15% of total cost is good selection.
