摘要
在高温、重载、多粉尘的危险环境中,工业机械手的应用就显得尤其重要。文中介绍了一种用于物料搬运的工业机械手的设计原理,用PLC作为主控制器,步进电机作为动力源来控制机械手实现移动、旋转和抓放动作,用此机械手代替人手来搬运物料,不但减轻了工人的劳动强度,还大大提高了劳动生产率。
Under certain high-temperature, over-loading, multi-dust dangerous environment, industrial manipulator is becoming more important. The paper introduces the design principle of material handling manipulator. Stepping motor is controlled by PLC, which can control the movement, rotation, catch and release action of manipulator. Instead of manpower, this manipulator can not only reduce the labor intensity of the worker but also increase productivity significantly.
