摘要
普通车床与数控车床的初学者在安装刀具时,花费了较多的辅助时间,而且还很难安装准确;安装不准确的刀具在车削外圆、端面、切断、螺纹时,容易产生崩刀的现象,并且有尺寸精度控制不好、粗糙度达不到要求等不良现象。为此创新改进了车刀安装定高尺,解决了安装刀具费时、不准确问题,为车床使用者、学生实习教学提供了方便。
It is difficult for beginners in tool setting on common lathe and CNC lathe. The error of tool setting can cause cutter damage in turning cylindrical, face, thread, cutting-out, and can cause the lower dimension precision and lower roughness. The paper introduces a kind of height gauge for tool setting, which can provide convenience for the lathe operators.
