刮刀钻头是油井广泛使用的钻头之一,其生产效率和质量直接影响石油开采效率和成本。文中针对刮刀钻头的钻头帽进行了专用夹具设计,通过对钻头帽生产的几项关键问题的解决,达到了对夹具高效稳定、操作简便的结构要求。

A drag bit is a tool widespread used in drilling for oil, the productive efficiency and product quality of which directly affects the productivity and cost of drilling oil. The main works in this paper is to design a specialized fixture of drag bits. By solving several key problems of producing drag bits, this fixture meets the needs of high efficiency and easy operation.
