双歧杆菌计数方法的研究

Developing of a counting method of bifidobacterrium

双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterrium)是一种严格厌氧菌,其保健作用逐渐被人们所重视,但是目前还没有一套准确和严格的计数方法。双层平板计数方法与其他几种计数方法相比较,具有较好的效果,用此方法测定了双歧杆菌在牛奶培养基中的生长曲线。

Bifidobacterrium is a strict anaerobic microorganism, the health protection effect of which is attracting increasing interest. So far, however, there is no strict and standard counting method on bifidobacterrium. In the present study, a double layer agar plate method was developed for counting bifidobacterrium. This counting method exhibited better effects on bifidobacterrium when compared with other methods. In addition, growth curve of bifidobacterrium inoculated in milk medium was determined using this method.
