摘要
目的:探寻万寿菊中叶黄素酯提取的最佳工艺。方法:设计正交试验,采用超声波辅助有机溶剂法对万寿菊中叶黄素酯提取方法进行了研究。结果:超声波辅助提取万寿菊中叶黄素酯的最佳工艺条件为:以四氢呋喃∶氯仿(v∶v=1∶1)为溶剂,料液比1∶2,超声功率160 W,超声时间40 min,超声温度为40℃,提取2次。结论:以该工艺提取万寿菊中叶黄素酯的含量达到17.17 mg/g,优化了万寿菊颗粒中叶黄素酯的提取工艺。
Objective:The best extraction technique of lutein esters from Tagetes erecta was explored.Method: The orthogonal design was used in the research on the extraction technique of lutein esters from Tagetes erecta with organic solvent assisted with ultrasonic.Results: The optimum conditions on the extraction of lutein esters from Tagetes erecta was as follows: With tetrahydrofuran: chloroform(v∶v=1∶1) as the solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶2,ultrasonic power 160 W,ultrasonic time of 40 min,ultrasonic temperature of 40 ℃,extracted 2 times.Conclusion: The technique ensured a high content of lutein esters extracted,which was the optimization extraction measure of lutein esters from Tagetes erecta,lutein ester content reached 17.17 mg/g.
