Application of separation medium titanium dioxide in the field of food and biology analysis

摘要 简述了新型色谱柱基质的一般概况,论述了二氧化钛作为分离介质所具有的优良特性并讨论了其在磷酸肽或磷酸蛋白、核酸及中间体、磷脂、糖类以及一些碱性化合物分离分析中的应用,表明二氧化钛将在食品生物分析领域具有广阔的应用前景。 The development of new types of separation supports is generally discussed in this paper.Here,it was summarized that the excellent features of titanium dioxide(TiO2) and its applications in phosphoproteins or phosphopeptides,nucleic acids and intermediates,phospholipids and carbohydrates,as well as some other basic compounds.TiO2 has excellent physical and chemical natures,thus it will have more potential application future in the field of food and biology analysis.
