摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取益智果和叶中的挥发油,并经气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用分析,其挥发油含量分别为1.14%和0.14%,分别鉴定出127个化合物和125个化合物。通过对益智果和叶中挥发油化学成分的比较测定,检测到其叶含有与益智果相同的药用成分和其他香气成分,为益智果、叶的进一步开发和深入研究提供了理论依据。
The volatile oil from the fruit and leaf of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.The contents of the volatile oil were 1.14% and 0.14% respectively,and 127 and 125 kinds of compounds were identified by GC-MS.The results showed that some constituents of volatile oil from leaves and those from fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla are the same,the study offers theoretic basis for utilization of fruit and leaf of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.
