HF酸改性介孔炭催化合成二十四烷基苯

摘要 以CMK-3介孔炭为载体,心酸为活性组分制备了心酸改性介孔炭催化剂,应用于苯和二十四烯的烷基化反应。考察了游离旧酸的催化活性,结果表明,游离断酸的催化活性明显高于AlCl3和NaHSO4,游离的耶酸催化剂用量为12%时,反应的转化率可以达到100%。考察了啊酸改性介孔炭催化剂中断酸负载量对催化剂活性的影响,结果表明,当反应体系中催化剂用量为10%时,使用耶酸负载量为48.28%的催化剂,反应的转化率可达到100%。利用超声波处理失活的盯酸改性介孔炭催化剂,可以使反应的转化率提高29.14%。 CMK- 3 mesoporous carbon was chemically modified with HF acid and used as the catalyst in the alkylation of tetracosene and benzene. Effects of HF amounts in the catalyst on the conversion rate of the reaction were also studied. It is shown that the catalytic activity of HF acid is higer than those of AlCl3 and NaHSO4, and when the mass concentration of the dissociated HF acid in the system is 12%, the conversion rate of the tetracosene is 100%. Effect of loading of HF acid on activity of catalyst was investigated also. The results present that the supported HF acid in the catalyst is 48.28% and the loading of catalyst is 10%, the conversion rate of the tetracosene is up to 100%. The ultrasonic oscillation was used to regenerate the non-active catalyst, it is found that the conversion rate of the tetracosene may increase to 29.14%.
