安胎灵治疗脾肾亏虚型反复性流产的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON DEFICIENCY OF SPLEEN AND KIDNEY SYNDROME OF RECURRENT ABORTION TREATED WITH ANTAILING

目的:探讨安胎灵对脾肾亏虚型反复性流产患者外周血Th1/Th2漂移的调节作用。方法:用安胎灵与绒毛膜性腺激素/黄体酮治疗脾肾亏虚型反复性流产患者,以治疗前后为对照,用流式细胞仪及ABC-ELISA法分别检测血CD4+、CD8+、TNF-α、IL-4水平。结果:先兆流产患者150例,治愈138例,治愈率92%。CD4+治疗前后无显著改变(P>0.05);CD8+治疗后显著下降(P<0.05),两者比例显著上升(P<0.05)。IL-4水平治疗后显著上升(P<0.05),TNF-α水平治疗后显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:安胎灵与绒毛膜性腺激素/黄体酮合用可有效调节脾肾亏虚型反复性流产患者外周血的Th1/Th2漂移,降低流产风险。

Objective :To discuss the regulation effect of antailing based on tonifying spleen and kidney method on peripheral circulation Th1/Th2 balancing in patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney type recurrent abortion.Methods:The patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney type recurrent abortion were treated with Chinese medicine-antailing and HCG/progesterone,the peripheral circulation CD4,CD8,TNF-α and IL-4 levels were determined by flow cytometry and ABC-ELISA method.Results:138 patients of 150 cases with deficiemcy of spleen and kidney type recurrent abortion were cured,the curative rate was 92%.There was no different change on CD4 level before and after treatment,the CD8 level was lowered after treated,the ratio of CD4/CD8 was elevated,the IL-4 level was raised obviously,the TNF-α level was reduced significantly.Conclusion:Antailing and HCG/progesterone combining application can effectively regulate the peripheral circulation Th1/Th2 balancing in patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney type recurrent abortion to reduce the risk of abortion.
