摘要
结合14根配置500MPa钢筋的混凝土梁、12块配置CRB550冷轧带肋钢筋混凝土板的受弯性能试验,对钢筋混凝土受弯构件的裂缝宽度计算方法进行系统的研究。研究结果表明:现行国家混凝土结构设计规范GB 50010—2002裂缝宽度计算值明显大于试验值,不适用于配置高强钢筋的混凝土受弯构件。通过对国内外主要规范公式比较分析研究,并在对裂缝宽度计算方法长达20余年研究工作的基础上,独创性地提出具有概念清晰、计算精度高、简单实用等特点的裂缝宽度计算的新方法。
A test of 14 beams reinforced with 500MPa bars and 12 slabs reinforced with CRB550 bars was carried out to investigate the cracking behavior of RC member with high-strength bars.The results showed that the width of crack calculated according to GB 50010—2002 was larger than the experimental value,suggesting that the crack width formula could not apply to the member with high-strength bars.Through comparing several formulas in different codes,a new calculation formula of crack width was put forward based on the authors' 20 years research work.The new formula is distinct,accurate and practical.
