摘要
针对膨胀土的不利工程特性,结合膨胀土地区路基边坡防护工程,采用HTAB进行膨胀土化学改良试验,研究改良土的液塑限、膨胀性、力学强度、水稳定性。结果表明,HTAB改良膨胀土的液限减小、塑限增加、塑性指数明显降低,自由膨胀率、膨胀力较素土有较大降低,膨胀速率减小,土体力学强度指标、地基承载力明显提高,水稳定性显著改善。在膨胀土地区路基边坡防护工程中,采用HTAB改良膨胀土工程性质,是较经济且施工简单的改良方法,对膨胀土地区路基边坡防护有推广应用价值。
An experiment is conducted for improvement of expansive soils with HTAB in subgrade slope protection projects.The liquid and plastic limits,expansibility,mechanical strength and water stability of expansive soils are studied.The result of the experiment shows that liquid limit and plasticity index of expansive soils improved by HTAB are both reduced,the plastic limit is increased,the free expansion rate and expansive force are reduced considerably,the inflation rate is reduced,the mechanical strength and the bearing capacity are enhanced,and the water stability is improved.The HTAB method is comparatively more economical and simple for subgrade slope protection projects in expansive soil areas.
