摘要
为提高半刚性基层的抗疲劳破坏能力和抗裂能力,根据抗裂能力最佳、强度满足要求的原则,采用振动法进行了水泥稳定碎石混合料级配及配比的优化,并对优化结果进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,现场经振动压实的水泥稳定碎石混合料强度、抗裂特性与室内振动成型的混合料特性更趋一致,用振动法优化的级配配比可显著提高半刚性基层的抗裂能力。
In order to improve the anti-fatigue failure capacity and anti-crack performance of the semi-rigid base,vibration method is used in optimization of mixture proportioning design of cement stabilized macadam according to the principle of the best anti-cracking performance and satisfying the strength requirement.Then the optimization results are compared in this paper.The results show that the strength and anti-cracking characteristics of vibration compacted cement stabilized macadam mixtures are more similar with the indoor vibration forming mixtures.The gradation which is optimized by the vibration method can improve the anti-cracking performance of semi-rigid base.
