The Land resources planning in new period is facing challenges,such as transformation of development model,pushing forward the coordinated development among economics,social,ecological and livelihood,resources exploration and environmental protection,dealing with the un-balanced regional development,harmonize the relation between the district division based on the allocation of resources and the administrative district division,make full use of environmental advantages of regional resources to face the constrain of ＂shortages＂,well-process the relations between short-term and long-term as well as part and overall,well-handled all kinds of problems caused by macro adjustment and market allocation.It could be ensured the scientific,practicability and effectiveness of new period land resources planning which will secure national long-term sustainable development,only if an innovative thinking,unified understanding and clear task existed.
